Anna Bouma is a New York City-based photographer.
Her love of strong narrative & compelling photography stem from a background in media & publishing, with time spent at start ups & indie magazines. Born & raised in the midwest, her affinity for art, architecture, & cheese led her to France. Time spent in the city of lights sparked her desire to document the world through a lens. A short list of her favorite things include golden hour, old photos of Paris, Lake Michigan, Dough donuts, books in general, & the Empire State building. It all started with an Olympus X-A2 & Portra 400.
